The prophet Azariah encouraged King Asa with these words: "The LORD is with you when you are with him" (2 Chron. 15:2). This study overviews Asa's reign over the southern kingdom, focusing on how he was blessed when his heart was with God, and how he suffered when his heart did not fully trust God.
